Welcome to the InnServices - InnServices Bid Opportunities Website

This site allows potential suppliers to create a Bidding System Vendor account.  Suppliers select commodity codes for goods and services and the Bidding System will notify the supplier by email with any opportunities matching their commodity code selection.

Solicitation documents such as, Request for Tenders (RFT), Request for Proposals (RFP), Request for Supplier Qualifications (RFSQ), Request for Quotations (RFQ) as well as Request for Information (RFI) opportunities are posted on this website.  

Suppliers are solely responsible for ensuring their account information is kept current.

Potential suppliers are advised to check the InnServices Utilities Inc. Suspended Suppliers List at https://innisfil.ca/purchasing-services/  to ensure that they or any of their intended subcontractors are not suspended from the Town's procurement processes (Note - InnServices utilizes the Town of Innisfil's procurement services for their competitive bidding).
